We just bought a new Trane unit from them in July 2019 to beat the end of year traffic in getting the 19 year old unit changed out with the old Freon for a new unit that uses the new available Freon. One of our old AC units finally quit in April. We decided to try a new hvac company and Howard Air was quick to respond. The sales rep, Scott, was professional and experienced— he designed a new system to meet our needs but the selling point was seeing the pictures of past installations. You don’t have to know much about hvac to see the quality work. What’s getting me to write a review is this: after signing on the new system , Erik, a Howard Air tech came to our home to repair our old unit just to make sure we were cool until the new system was installed in a couple weeks. At no additional cost to us. Erik was a true pro and got the old unit blowing cold air while ensuring to take precautions for our family during this Covid—19 mess.
