1 If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).
2 The Attic/Crawlspace Efficiency and Safety Analysis will be performed during your Heating and Air Conditioning System Maintenance and Professional Cleanings. If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Attic/Crawlspace Efficiency and Safety Analysis has no monetary value.
3 As a Howard Rewards Member, we will provide real-time performance alerts & remote system monitoring for early detection of system faults or failures. Clients must have a Trane Diagnostics Compatible, WIFI connected control; control sold separately.
4 If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Maintenance and Camera Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Maintenance and Camera Inspection per year. Tanked water heater flush and anode rod inspection are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment. Hair and debris removal within 1-foot, rooter service additional cost if drain is clogged beyond 1-foot. This benefit only applies to residential property memberships. Excludes commercial property memberships.
5 Limited to one no-cost drain clearing per year. Accessible cleanout necessary. Excludes: Area Drains and Roof Drains.
6 Excludes new or replacement HVAC system, plumbing re-pipes and/or re-routes, sewer repair and/or lining.
7 Benefit applies only to appointments occurring 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday. Appointments scheduled outside of this time frame will be subject to an additional after-hours fee. In addition, weekends and observed company holidays are considered an after-hours appointment.

10 As a Howard Rewards Member, the original warranty on any Howard Air & Plumbing repair(s) performed while a Howard Rewards member is extended for 2 years, as long as you remain an uninterrupted Howard Rewards Member. Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, refrigerant leaks and drain stoppages. No monetary value.
11 You may transfer your Howard Rewards to your new home if within our service area, or you may transfer your accrued credits to the new homeowner upon sale of your property. Call us for transfer details.

We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail, or telephone to schedule your maintenance, or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation.
