Called back right away and scheduled an appointment same day, even though it was the hottest day this year and I'm sure they were really busy. They even came early. The tech Theron, wore a mask and stayed social distance. He was very good and a nice person too. Fixed air conditioning in about 30 min and I thought at a fair price. Will use them again.
Diego arrived on time, properly attired for the covid-19 pandemic and performed our annual review of both systems. No issues uncovered, both Trane units are working as expected.

One of our old AC units finally quit in April. We decided to try a new hvac company and Howard Air was quick to respond. The sales rep, Scott, was professional and experienced— he designed a new system to meet our needs but the selling point was seeing the pictures of past installations. You don’t have to know much about hvac to see the quality work. What’s getting me to write a review is this: after signing on the new system , Erik, a Howard Air tech came to our home to repair our old unit just to make sure we were cool until the new system was installed in a couple weeks. At no additional cost to us. Erik was a true pro and got the old unit blowing cold air while ensuring to take precautions for our family during this Covid—19 mess.
Daniel was excellent. Used PPE, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend...air con busted right before 100 degree days and he came out and got us going.

During this difficult times we were concerned about having people in the house. The entire team was very professional and addressed all our concerns. They did a great job installing the unit. The office, sales person and installation team were a real pleasure to work with. The price and warranty they offered was good. We interviewed 4 companies. Will definitely use them again because we have another unit that will probably need to be replaced in the near future.

Been using Howard Air for years. We have recommended them to others as well. We just bought a new Trane unit from them in July 2019 to beat the end of year traffic in getting the 19 year old unit changed out with the old Freon for a new unit that uses the new available Freon. Howard Air has good prices and service and quality workmanship. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I have been a customer of Howard Air for 6 years. They are the only AC company I use. They are great at customer service. They show up when they say they will. They call in advance to let me know they are coming. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I trust them when they tell me they need to replace a part.
Great service! David called ahead to let us know that he was on the way. Friendly smile. Told me what service he was going to perform. Got to it and when finished he cleaned up, went to his truck to complete the invoice, gave it to me, and finished by asking if I had any questions. A classic by-the-book service call. Howard Air is a very fine company to work with.

Howard Air is great. We bought 2 new units 5 years ago. We've had maintenance service every year (covered in the cost of the units the first few years). We've had no issues whatsoever. The techs are always on time, always very professional, knowledgeable, and don't use high pressure sales tactics. Today Daniel was out to perform our spring inspection and he was all of the above. I highly recommend Howard Air.

Dave, the technician arrived in a timely manner, correctly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I needed a new thermostat, and when installed, Dave explained how it worked, and left me with the printed manual, in case i had any questions at a later date. A overall good experience.
