The continuous education programs are meant to keep the technician up to date with current industry standards and products. These programs come in a variety of ways that include outsourced training and development programs though Howard Air vendors and partners.
Team meetings are held every morning Monday thru Friday. During these meetings, a portion of the time is dedicated to training, including new product introduction or updates, customer soft skills, new advancements or improvements in tools of the trade, and seasonal refresher technical topics.
