Hello, I’m Tom Palmer.

I am proud to say that I have accumulated 33 years in the industry after graduating RSI in 1985. On top of being both NATE and BPI certified I have taken numerous load calc and duct design classes. Most of my childhood was spent growing up in the farmlands of Iowa before moving to the deserts of Arizona in my teens. Both of my parents were brokers in real estate for over 40 years. I was also blessed to be able to marry my high school sweetheart and we have been happily married for 34 years now.

Regardless of my extensive background in the HVAC industry, I also received my license as a pilot and aircraft mechanic and worked in aviation as a mechanic for 4 years. Even though I am very passionate about my career, I also enjoy various activities such as: scuba diving, mountain biking, hiking, leading a men’s bible study and spending time with my two children.

I enter each of my client’s homes with the understanding that everyone has a unique situation and different needs. Then I use my skillset to devise the best possible comfort solution for them. Having extensive experience with installation of evaporative coolers, packaged and split heats pumps, packaged and split gas/electric and ductwork, I have all the knowledge needed to make your experience with Howard Air outstanding.
