1-Year Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Howard Air and/or your new comfort system within (30) days, Howard Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.
1-Year Major Parts Guarantee
If the compressor fails twice within (1) one year of installation, Howard Air will replace the entire outdoor unit at no cost. Coverage includes: new outdoor unit of equal value, all labor to install new unit, all Manufacturer charges, fees, and freight, and all permits and taxes. Warranty applies to all condensing units but excludes “package” unit systems. (i.e. Outdoor units with duct systems directly attached that do not utilize indoor furnace or air handler prorated.)
2-Year Performance Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to (2) two years after installation, Howard Air will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue per ACCA design standards. If we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Howard Air will replace the system free of charge.
Parts Plus Extended Guarantee
All Howard Air Parts Plus Extended Labor Warranties cover the cost of refrigerant; something not typically included in the manufacturer’s parts warranty and most aftermarket labor warranties.
Workmanship Guarantee
Howard Air guarantees the installation of products to be free from defects in workmanship from the date of installation for the term of the manufacturer parts warranty. This workmanship guarantee does not include any damages or defects in the product except to the extent solely caused by Howard Air’s installation of the product.
Temporary Comfort Guarantee
We promise to keep your existing air conditioning system operating while our team prepares for your installation. In the unlikely event, we are unable to keep your air conditioning system working, your new system will be installed within 72 hours.
Property Protection Guarantee
We guarantee our team members will treat your property with respect and care. This includes items such as your lawn, landscaping, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and doors. If damage occurs to your home solely caused by Howard Air, we will repair or replace the damaged item to its original condition.
Properly Sized Equipment Guarantee
Howard Air will conduct a computerized load calculation (Manual J) to determine the proper size of your equipment. We guarantee all size recommendations will be based on the data provided by the computerized load calculation.
24-Hour Service Guarantee
Service technicians are on call and available 24 hours a day and seven days a week for emergency service and repairs.
